Course Description
This module is an introduction to perspectives on Indigenous cultures in early childhood settings. It includes an encounter with life in a Métis community, a description of culture in an Inuit village and guidelines for integrating aspects of Indigenous culture into your program and curriculum. This module incorporates the insight of three authors, Lois Coward, Mary Jane Swain and Shirley Tagalik.
